I'm an art school drop out and a full time employee of Paper Tiger. This column (published whenever) represents my vague, broad strokes concepts for repairing brands, increasing profits, stimulating the economy and fueling debate.

I don't think we'd be able to last a day at the Paper Tiger offices without some sort of music playing in the background. The quiet sound of keys typing and noses sniffing would drive one of us into a hysterical blindness or an uncontrollable rage. That and we're passionate about music! So what have we been listening to lately?

We here at Paper Tiger are proud to announce the birth of our new little application creation: TweetMakr. The idea is very simple: Give users a very simple way to generate custom “tweet” buttons without having to know code or the Twitter API. TweetMakr lets your users tweet a message with exactly what you want them to say!

It's ten years after the Y2K bug wiped out all computerized systems, destroyed major industry, and halted any and all technological advancement. Marooned for the duration of the digital drought on a desolate island, Paper Tiger had been held captive by the ocean itself, a sea of failed social networks and poor web implementation. Cookie cutter commerce sites and B2B portals have washed up daily on the lonely shore, and waves of feline blogs and photo buckets crashed against every attempt to leave the island. Here begins the tale of Paper Tiger, as sung by the blind minstrel, Aaron.

Built from the ground up with our bare hands. Paper Tiger tackled the new Alternative Press website with goal in mind: make it extremely awesome.

When it comes down to the guts of this site, it has everything: a fully customized CMS, ‘APTV’ branded video players (that totally work on the iPad), artist profiles, tons of community interaction, e-commerce development & integration, jQuery functionality, you name it. Seriously. Every little detail has been picked apart, turned upside down and then picked apart again until it worked exactly the way it should and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
